M+Rover: Community Session
Date: 4 to 5 June
Time: 9am - 6pm
Organiser:
M+ Rover: Travelling Creative Studio is the first major school outreach programme organised by M+, the museum of visual culture of West Kowloon Cultural District. The tailor-made trailer is a pop-up space for exhibitions and workshops that tours to schools and communities in Hong Kong during the academic year from March to July 2016. M+ Rover is like an expedition to a distant planet, prompting students to explore an uncharted creative territory.
Sign up for a pop-up workshop where photographer Siu Wai Hang guides participants to make their own “camera obscura” – a forerunner of the modern camera – using only a piece of paper and a magnifying glass to observe and explore their surroundings from a new perspective.
