女性能頂半邊天。活動以女性力量為主題，從生活品味、健康、運動、飲食等不同層面，帶出現代女士的生活態度。來自多個範疇的成功女性，到場分享個人心得；亦有運動/健身/舞蹈工作坊、全女班街舞比賽，以至大型市集。男士當然歡迎參與。

Women are equally important as men in our modern society. The event focuses on women's power, showcasing women's contemporary attitudes in different aspects such as lifestyle, health, sports, and diet. Successful women from various sectors share their personal experiences, together with the sports/fitness/dance workshops, an all-female street dance competition, and a large-scale market. Men are, of course, welcome to participate as well.
